Tuesday, November 6, 2007 By Dimitri Bruyas, The China Post TAIPEI, Taiwan — The European Chamber of Commerce Taipei (ECCT) released yesterday its 2007-2008 Position Papers, titled “Time to Act: Roadmap to Renewed Prosperity,” and urged presidential candidates from the ruling and opposition parties to address fundamental economic development issues that have been stalling for the last ten years under the different governments.

blog che parla della lingua taiwanese

stamattima ho scoperto un blog molto interessante nel quale si parla della lingua taiwanese, e l’autore secondo me non è taiwanese, però parla delle cose che neanche i tanti taiwanese non s’importa─la nostra lingua…perchè adesso tanti taiwanesi pensa solo studiare l’inglese. Grazie a questi stranieri che conoscono Taiwan forse più che noi per fare la gente conoscere le culture taiwanese in loro lingua…l’inglese, l’italiano, la polacca…

I ‘ve found an interesting site in which the author talks all about the Taiwanese language(and the author is a Brit). Half of the Taiwan residents speak this language everyday, but on the island, it seems that the Taiwanese language is not so important as English…almost everyone is learning English. So a site all about this language is appreciated .
